Data and collection
Contact and suggestion forms may collect your name, email address, optional telephone number, selected topic and message or feedback directly from you. Submission time, IP address and limited technical records may also be processed to secure the form and prevent abuse. Please do not include special-category data or unnecessary information about other people.
Purposes and legal grounds
We process this information to route and respond to your request, evaluate feedback, secure communications, prevent abuse and establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Depending on the request, the grounds are steps connected with a contract, establishment or protection of a right, and our legitimate interests in responding securely, provided these do not override your rights. Acknowledging this notice is not marketing consent or blanket consent to international transfers.
Recipients and transfers
Information may be accessed by authorised staff, shared with hosting, email and technical providers only as necessary for their services, and disclosed to competent authorities where legally required. Before using a service involving international transfers, the applicable transfer mechanism is assessed separately.
Retention
Ordinary contact and feedback records are retained for no longer than two years after the request is closed. Relevant records may be kept for applicable statutory or limitation periods where a dispute, commercial relationship or legal retention duty arises, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Your rights depend on the law applicable to your circumstances and may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and information about recipients or international transfers.
